Mody is currently an investor and senior consultant at an AgTech startup.<br /> With extensive experience working closely with senior management, Mody offers strategic insights into the defining characteristics and critical role of leadership in driving sustainable success throughout an organization’s lifecycle.<br /> Mody holds a BA in Psychology and Criminology and an MA in Psychology, both from Bar-Ilan University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School and is certified in Family and Group Therapy, as well as in Ombudsman practice from the University of Haifa.<br /> <br />

Ruti Specializes in leading V-level and C-level Executive Searches. She joined 'Nisha Executive' in 2015, after a decade of managing recruitment & HR in leading pharma and medical devices companies. After a pause of nearly 2 years in which she served as HR senior manager at a medical device company, she returned to lead a wide variety of Executive Management positions. Lizi has degrees in agriculture, pharmacology, and a master’s in biotechnology from the Hebrew University.
